Riverina Pools (Joondalup Display Centre)

Kevin was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Upfront, not pushy and open with what it would entail given my area is tight. Signed up and waiting for instalation around 4 months time in May 22.

Avoid Riverina at all costs! On the website site and brochure Riverina state colour / prints may vary. In our case this was vast! We immediately contacted Riverina and were informed that I had signed the contract and it was documented on their website and in the brochure and if we didn’t like it we could “get some guys to remove it from gumtree and sell it” . Quite unbelievable but we have got this in an email sent from Riverina for proof if required. The customer service and after care is shocking. We have had the worst experience with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. This is on here to avoid others going through the same.

We had a wonderful experience with Riverina Pools. Our pool was put in last week and we are so happy with it. Riverina have been wonderful to deal with and we are so impressed with the quality of the pool and the high standard of workmanship from the installers and all tradesmen involved. It's so important to have quality tradesmen doing the work, everyone involved did an amazing job, they really exceeded my expectations and were so lovely and helpful. We were very nervous about putting in our first pool, we shouldn't have been. Nothing was a problem for Riverina, even installing in our tiny backyard, full of limestone, with very little space to work in was no issue for them. We researched every pool company before signing with Riverina. They were by far the best with price and quality. We highly recommend Riverina Pools.

Had a great experience so far with our new pool. Good price and installation went exactly to plan. Jeff and the installation team were all top blokes too and did a great job. Looking forward to finishing things off and enjoying the summer.

Took the Hassle out of Putting a Pool inThought id repost this (as it seems to have disappeared) and 4 years later pool still awesome, and great after sales service...“Thanks to Richard from Sales, Jeff Co-ordinator, Lucy in the Office, Vinnie on the bobcat and Dave on the Rock Breaker and everyone else on the day and after the pool went in from Joondalup Riverina Pools on great organisation of our new pool. After all the stories we had heard about getting a pool in…it went in like clockwork from start to finish, even with a back yard full of rock and the main sewer pipe right in the middle of where the pool was going.We went with the Pacific in the end because it could go closer to the house as the stair entry reduced the 1500 needed away from the house so we didn’t lose our 20yr old Pony Tail Palm and established garden we had created on the adjacent side, which now looks awesome with the rockery around the upper level for sitting or sun baking. I wanted the pool in a certain spot and they got the levels and placement perfect. The pool as Richard had said it would “look after itself” extremely energy efficient and NOT costly to run like everyone warned me it would be. The only little issue we had was lights and they were replaced with new ones within a day or two with absolutely no hassles.Thanks again.”

Our pool will be installed at end of March 2022. We paid the deposit last October and we are very happy with Kevin from the showroom, as any questions we have,we get a very quick respond. Good to see this customer service even after you booked your job in . Keep going!

Great service from the sales guy but that is where it ends!Delay after delay after delay.... poor scheduling and customer service is almost non-existent. Messed up the install and nobody in the office has a clue what is going on it seems and care even less!

Pool itself good quality, people that install do a good job. Very poor organisation and communication from management, supervisors and customer care causing delays of the build resulting in finishing and landscaping to not be able to be finished for Christmas when it should easily have been

Went to get some information about what type of pool we could fit in the backyard as the space will be quite small and Kevin was a world of information. He was extremely helpful and it made everything so much easier
