No prices on products and the guy at the counter was really patronising. I only went here to support a small business but I will just go to Bunnings in future.

FANTASTIC SERVICE been a long time that I have gone into a retail store and a staff member has asked if I need help. And even offered to take our products to our car. We'll done .

I had a pool pump repaired with these guys, the technician has done an excellent job replacing the bearings for a fraction of the price of replacing the pump. The lady on the front counter (Heather?) is very helpful and really knows her stuff. I would highly recommend this business for anything Pools and Pool heating.

5 stars just aren't enough for Brad and his team at Pooltopia. They've been servicing our pool monthly for years and have done a truly outstanding job (despite the massive challenges posed by a neighbouring tree). We initially contacted Pooltopia after an unpleasant experience with another local pool shop and they were able to diagnose an issue with our faulty chlorinator instantly, transforming the pool from a green nightmare, into something crystal clear and manageable.Since then, I've recommended Pooltopia to others who have been equally happy with their service.And to top it off, they don't just know everything there is to know about pools, they are also all round great people who not only know their customers and their pools well, but go above and beyond for them every time.Thanks Pooltopia, you guys rock!
