Always helpful and knowledgeable.I have been using the Poolmart Balcatta/Greenwood team for about 8 years for testing of pools and spas , some of which have been neglected to the point of being green, as well as replacement of pumps/Chlorinators/filters on site.They have always been incredibly supportive, and their work is second to none.

Have been here many times without any issues. Usually nice and helpful. The last 2 times they were not as nice or helpful. The lady was rather rude in her manner and how she spoke to me. I went in another time and the young man “know it all” was also rude and unhelpful. I asked for a print out of directions for the chemicals I needed to add and he rudely said no you don’t need it it’s easy and man-splained the directions to me again. This is no way to treat customers. How hard is it to print a page? Or at least offer to email me the directions. There are plenty of pool shops in the area. This store will not see me or any of my money again!

Such wonderful help! We were new to Perth and they came and sorted our new pool straight away and showed up everything to keep it up and running!
